I did that once…ONCE. I tried making the steak and kidney pie…took me 8 hours and I still fucked it up…you need all sorts of obsolete cooking equipment to do it with…I had better luck with the Spotted Dick…it was as heavy as a cannonball though…had fun making it…but unless you have early 19th century cooking equipment (and a place that’ll sell you beef kidney) I’d skip it…
